Combining the effectiveness of the kettlebell, the discipline of martial arts, and the craft of beer, we think we’ve come up with a pretty good balance.
We started out in a dirty garage where we grew for over a year before building out our new facility. Come join us for kettlebells or jiu jitsu and grab a beer or coffee afterwards.

No Gi Jiu Jitsu
No Gi Jiu-Jitsu is an extremely effective martial art for self-defense and is widely used as a staple in MMA. You learn to overcome and progress in many areas throughout your jiu-jitsu journey. Combing mind, body, and even soul on the mats as you learn this beautiful and dangerous art. Classes happen Monday through Friday from 6pm until 7:30, Saturdays at 8am, and Sunday we host a free open mat at 4pm which is open to all. First class is free, so come on in and give it a shot.
Kettlebells are time-tested and proven to yield strength, stamina, toning, cardiovascular endurance, and power. Kettlebells are unique in that they are not restricted to two dimensions like the barbell is giving way to an infinite variety of exercises. The asymmetrical nature of the kettlebell itself allows for all sorts of added benefit when training. Coordination becomes very important once we begin some hand-to-hand or releasing kettlebell movements. Combine all this with world-class coaching, and you have a great environment, community, and attitude that yields incredible results. Classes happen Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7:15am and last for 45 minutes. There is jiu-jitsu that follows these kettlebell classes.
